Shipping Our website pricing includes quality packaging and handling - orders are carefully packaged using bubble wrap, plastic bags, foam cushion, air pillows, 200lb-class boxes, weatherproof shipping tape,fiberglass freight tape and product safety labels as needed to provide undamaged transit with normal carrier handling - we are not responsible for shipping damage or loss after your order leaves our facility. All sales are final F.C.A. 75468 - the customer is solely responsible for filing any insurance claims (including any required photographs, documents, shipping materials, etc.) against the shipping company for compensation for any product repair, replacement or return for damaged or missing contents of an order. Ground shipping within the 48 States is standard - expedited shipping, international orders or AK/HI destinations will cost more - please inquire for details. For your convenience, our standard shipping policy is to send all domestic parts orders under $500 "No Signature Required" to the address provided with the order, where the customer is responsible to receive the package in a timely manner - extra time spent in the delivery truck or outside at the delivery address increases the possibility of damaged or missing contents. Providing a business shipping address is the best way to expedite fast, undamaged delivery. Cancelled orders subject to a 20% service fee. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.
